Škoda Mitchell.
The Mitchell Group required a multi-franchise facility to accommodate their brands, along with a 19 bay after sales facility.
An economical structural portal was developed so a mezzanine level for shared administration and headquarters accommodation could be incorporated.
The site included their Lexus facility to compliment the Mitchell Groups’ site as a multi-brand destination.
