Volvo Worthing: new ‘VRE’ format.

Dinnages, a well-established local business, instructed Meda with a brief to refurbish an existing solus site.

The brief included an extension to the development as it transformed from a solus to become a dual-franchise retail outlet for Volvo and Ford.

By converting part of the car park/vehicle circulation area, we successfully extended the dealership’s showroom without changing the impermeable area of the overall development. The completed development catered for new, pre-owned cars supported by shared ancillary maintenance, servicing and MOT facilities.

Soft features such as landscape planters with low level shrubs and plants, have helped to improve the aesthetics and ecological vision of the site.
